I have a ASUS Q200e notebook PC, and the log in is my Microsoft Password. However, when I type it in, it doesn’t recognize it. I have put forgot password and re set it in the Same laptop. However, when I go back to enter it, the computer still doesn’t recognize the password. I logged in to my Microsoft account from my phone and the password is correct. The screen also does not have the power icon. Therefore I am unable to restart the computer. Help!

Double check whether your caps lock is on. You could also try connecting an external keyboard or enabling the On Screen Keyboard to enter the password, in the event there is a regular keyboard issue.

I did, I even connected it to my tv screen and they keyboard is correct. It’s just not grasping the new password. But I log into the Microsoft account from my phone or other computers
And it works. It just doesn’t work in the laptop.
