Help! (Battery related)

I ordered a new battery online. It came, i swapped it and worked like a charm until later at night when the phone hit 26% and then it started to freeze and hang on me. I could do an action and it would register it 30 sec later. I tried calibrating the battery and im all out of options. The last battery expanded so i had to swap it and i couldnt use it. Your help would be really nice! Much love! The phone is and iphone 6s

Check if you connected and placed all back like it was before you swapped it
