Help - Broadband Width

"SILVER SURFER" Using iPad 1-- Message "you have insuficient Broadband Width to run this item" --- what does that mean ? -- how can I cure it ?

LOL!!! I just couldn't help it......
It so seems the program is screwing with you......
The programmer might be trying to say, you're on a 'Slow' internet connection......
But I like the sense of humor....
