Help choose a laptop among them

I am planning to buy a laptop under 35K INR.

I am not planning to play games on my laptop (I have a gaming desktop for that).

Use Purpose: Bluestacks (Just Asphalt 8), Application Development (Programming), Unity 3D Development, Netbeans, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and all other commercial development softwares.

This is the first time I am buying a laptop so I am not aware of the best brands and configuration which could fit my requirements.

The laptops with the i3's have marginally the same specs. I'd choose the Asus over the Acer, in favor of Asus' improved build quality over the Acer models in general (imo).

And It's cheaper than the Lenovo one. The Pentium U3825 and AMD A8 laptops are weaker.
