Help finding drivers for the TV tuner card

Solution
From what I've been able to determine, there are no official Windows 7 drivers for that card. However, if you download the update package and manually extract the drivers (DO NOT run the executable) using a program like WinRAR and manually install them, they seem to work with Windows 7.

wow thanks alot. but does your resource specify what folder i shoul be pointing the devices to? is in in the driver folder or the .cab file? ive never browsed through an executable before

Edit: what i tried to do was browse for the driver manually through device manager.

if your wondering where i am with this im still trying to decode this part:

Once done, you will find a folder nommà© "driver" comprising "pinpctv.cat, pinpctv.inf, rob_a.sys, rob_v.sys and SLAUNCH.exe."
As manager pàriphà© © America right click on installàdrivers © dà © s by calling themselves be something like "WDM video capture" and "WDM Audio Capture

These are the files hes talking about: http://prntscr.com/65et1f

that is as close as google translate can get. i need to rename something. it would make sense because if i pointed the device to the drivers it immediately doesn't work (try to even install).
