So, I'm looking for a laptop currently for college. CAD and video editing. Been browsing, but I really need some help finding a good fit. Here is what I'm looking for:
What it's for: Adobe suite, video editing.
Price: $1,300-1,400 USD
Display: 13.3-14"
Resolution: 3k/4k preferred. May consider 1080p.
Storage: SSD is a must. 256gb minimum if not SSD+HDD.
Memory: 8gb-16gb*
Form factor: Relatively thin, light, and sleek for transporting.
*Is 8gb sufficient for me? Is 16gb necessary?
I'm willing to wait for certain deals or hunt a little, so MSRP doesn't have to be under $1,500, it just has to be available for under that. I got burned buying refurbished from the Dell Outlet, so looking to buy new.
