help fixing a black screen

When i turn my computer on it goes to a black screen that says press CTRL+ALT+DEL, however when i press that it just goes back to the same black screen. I cant get passed this black screen. I would very much appreciate it. Thank you for your time. Ill try anything. I have a emachine computer. Its a windows 7.

Ctrl+Alt+Del is the DOS/Command line keybd shortcut for Rebooting.
Sounds like someone is playing a prank on you or you have been hit with a virus.

Will it boot into safe mode?
