Hi. I'm new but have been a "Tom's Guide" reader for years.
I am now desperately researching new phones as my S8 is quickly dying. I'm not tech savvy and all the reviews with the technical specs are very confusing.
First, I use Straight Talk for service. I prefer unlocked phones over Straight Talk but I would consider that options as well. Having a large amount of storage or ability to add storage is important to me. Also extremely important is the camera. I take a lot of photos and utilizing the front camera, for Snaps with my teens and the back for taking pictures of my family as well as selling clothing locally. I do take some outdoor scenery photos as well.
I'm most comfortable using Android but would not be against Apple although the storage issue is what causes me to hesitate.
Ideally I would like to stay around 600 to 700 range.
