Help getting Google Services Working

Hi, my problem is exactly what the title says. I can't seem to get any Google related site to work. They simply fail to load, Chrome gives a SSL error and IE gives Page Cannot Be Displayed. From the search engine to YouTube and Chrome, if its owned by google, its not working. I have tried accessing these sites and services from the latest IE, Chrome and Firefox and none of them work. I can access it on the same network with any other device but just not my main desktop.

Any idea what may be wrong and where I can begin to fix this issue? My last option is to do a restore to a previous state.

I'm on Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit
I use Avast Anti-Virus (disabling it has done nothing)

I just found this in related threads, this sounds very similar to my situation as I carry my desktop to far away game sessions and the CMOS battery does not keep the clock in sync and I just never bother to reset the thing everyday. Will try to fix tomorrow.

As it is giving an SSL error there is a problem in the network that you are using. Please do change it.
