Help getting rid of malware

Recently, whenever every 1 or 2 clicks on a page will send me to adcash.com, which will then further send me to a random ad or page.
I removed all of my extensions, most of my programs, scanned my system multiple times and done everything i could find on how to remove adcash with nothing working.
It's happening on both my firefox and chrome, and on multiple computers in the house, and my iphone. Which i think is crazy but its a thing.
I've dowloaded adblock
and blocked the site which makes nothing show up but there still be tabs opening every 30 seconds
It is the most frustrating thing i have every had to deal with.
Please help

Maybe your Router's been hacked?

I did the same thing as you, removed everything fishy, but what made it disappear is change my DNS.

Follow those instruction to change them to Google's DNS (Free of course):
