HELP i dont know wat to do!

I REALLY NEED HELP it says user service can not logon or something like that when I try to log on to the admin account. I have to correct password but it just dosnt let me in!

What, exactly is happening when you try to login? What exactly does it say? "Something like that" is far too vague to give you any real assistance, without further information.
