help installing windows 8.1 on inspiron n5110 form usb

i want to install windows 8.1 from usb drive
i have
1 usb 2.0
2 usb 3.0
i want to know is usb 3.0 and touchpad will work during windows install or
i'll stuck and can't use my mouse or touchpad

i want to be sure that the usb 3.0 ports and touchpad will work during windows install

oh yeah, both will work. What I would recommend is pluggin the mouse in the 2.0 and the USB in 3.0 even if the USB is 2.0.
