Help is needed ASAP

I am facing a problem that i have tried to reboot my phone but it keeps getting stuck on the part where it says Connect to the stuff that counts yet nothing different is happening. i don't know what to do and i really want to use my boost mobile phone again plz someone help me out

What is "stuff that counts" exactly? You turn on the phone, then what happens? We need to know exact messages. When you say "reboot" your phone, did you just turn it off and on, or do you mean you restored it to factory defaults?

i rebooted the phone and restored it to factory defaults but nothing different happened. "stuff that counts" is something that the phone usually shows when it is about to turn on. i have tried everything i could but still it has not yet turned on to the main screen.

If you did a restore but it won't load the phone, it needs to be replaced. If you have an SD card in the phone, try removing that, maybe the card is bad and is blocking the phone from starting.
