Help me buy new android phone?

I am planning to buy a new android smartphone.
I am confusing between -
Samsung galaxy s3
Samsung galaxy grand
Samsung galaxy note 2
Sony Xperia Z
I am thinking to get Samsung galaxy s3
Between them which version should I get between 16 gb and 32gb as I am planning to play a lot of HD games on them?
I've also heard that you can't move your game data to external card correct me if I am wrong.
Any help will be appreciated?

The S3 is the best choice in the list, so go with your current decision.

If you're planning on installing a lot of apps, games, etc go with the 32gb version.

And to answer your final question about moving app data to the SD card; the phone needs to be rooted for this function. Rooting also voids your warranty. So I'd recommend against it unless it's a necessity.

Simply purchase a large SD card for media etc and keep all the apps on the phones internal storage.

Also, the S4 is being released on the 26th. You may want to wait for that.
