Help me choose headphones

Hey guys
Need some help choosing the best headphone from the following choices:

Sennheiser RS 120-8 II

Sennheiser X320 Gaming Headset

Creative Tactic3D Omega

Budget is not an issue as I'm getting them for pretty much the same price.

Although It will mostly be used for gaming, I really appreciate good sound quality.
Also, wireless is really tempting for me but if it means I'm losing out big time on sound quality I'll go with the wired option (X320).

Are you open to options not on the list? If so, I'd have a look at the Grado SR-60e or SR-80e's - they're the same price, and have fantastic sound quality (equal to my £250 Sennheiser IEMs). They do look cheap, and are open backed (so leak sound and provide no noise isolation, but have very good positioning), though ...

I wouldn't mind a Grado, I've heard alot about them. Unfortunately, I live in South Africa and there's no shops I know of stocking it here.

Edit: I've decided I really want wireless, so scratch out the X320.
