help me choose wich laptop to buy

im stuck between a
A:a 15 inch laptop with a gtx 1080 but with a 60 hz FHD display
or B: a 17 inch laptop with a gtx 1070 but with a 120 hz QHD display with toby eye tracking
btw i want to use my laptop mainly for rendering ,3d designs and gaming
and i have a 60 hz 27 inch screen home
what should i choose considering that a gtx 1080 maybe overkill for a 60 hz FHD screen but it will last longer in terms with upcoming games in the future
and on the other a 1070 maybe a weaker but could result in a better experience considering the QHD display with 120 hz
plz help me choose . thanks in advance

hi there , i'm going to buy an alienware laptop and the thing is this ,i have narrowed the choices and the two remaining one are :
1.15 inch model with a gtx 1080 BUT a 60 hz FHD display
2. 17 inch model with a gtx 1070 BUT a 120 hz QHD with toby eye tracking
cpu and other thing are alike
i plan to use it mainly for 3d modeling , gaming and rendering
and btw i do have a 27 inch 60 hz screen home
