Help me chose the right computer for me...

Hi my name is Jesse, I am going to buy a computer and honestly don't know enough to buy one for my needs. I will be going off to college in the next 6 months and also do small gaming like mine craft occasionally and that is about it. So I know I need something that will work well for school but something that I could play very casually on. I have a low budget but will spend max 600$ but preferably I would like to stay well below that. If you need more info about how I will be using it please ask! If anyone could help that would be great thank you!

It'll be perfect for school, more portable 14" ultrabook style with mx150 gpu (more than enough for casual gaming) and 8th gen i5 cpu. I almost bought this but went for an ultrabook with a narrow bezel design.

If it was some kind of tower would you need monitor ,keyboard & mouse included in that $600 budget ??
