Solved! Help me decide to get which one

So my parents finnaly decided to get me a laptop, i have seen abunch of reviews for about these laptops price points , and I am down to these two options,

Asus TUF fx505dd - Ryzen 5 3550h, 8gb ram (single channel), gtx 1050 3gb, and 1 tb HDD

and

Lenovo Slim 3 - Ryzen 5 4500u , 8gb ram (2x4), Vega 6, and 512gb ssd

I'll mainly will use it for school homework ,gaming, and maybe some light editing

In your opinion which device have the best performance, upgradability, and longevity

I appreciate any opinion you guys give, thank you 😊

I am not a fan of the TUF models from Asus, too many reports of things breaking and heat issues, including on the one I own.

Lenovo would be good but not nearly as fast in games due to not having a dedicated video card.

Keep in mind you can't upgrade laptops so the faster CPU and video card you get now the better for you. Spending another 100,200 now for a system that should be good for 3-4-5 years is not much at all.
