Which Laptop will be best and which one should I buy?

HP Omen 15-en0001AX Gaming Laptop (Ryzen 5 4600H 8 gb Ram nvidia gtx 1650 ti 6 cores)
Hp Victus 16.1 (Ryzen 5 5600H 8gb Ram nvidia rtx 3050 4gb 6 cores 12 threads)

Also give your opinion on build quality of both and your overall decision.

As far as specs the hp victus can't give an opinion on the build quality as I have never owned a victous the hp omen is outdated as far as specs and comes with malware preintalled as all hp laptops do but u can get rid of the malware and all related files of it with iobit uninstaller the malware they come with is macafee antivirus final result I'd suggest the victus because of specs for price

The 5000 series Prosser and the rtx3000 series gpu will have much better longevity and quality than the 3rd gen amd Procceser and gtx gpu
