help me fix my dedicated video memory

My Hp elitebook 8460p has 8 gb ram andgraphic memory of 1632 MB but the dedicated video memory is still 0

That model uses the intel hd3000 which technically has no dedicated vram. The hd3000 uses the system ram and on most systems ram allocation is handled by the system and can't be manually set. If it can be manually set the option will be in the bios.
