Help me Out

There is a problem with my MicromaxQ391 mobile..
When I charge it the mobile turns power on and when the logo MICROMAX appears then the mobile turns off automatically.
And the same repeat until the battery is dead.
So jst help me out with this problem.

If it won't stay powered on it could be a few things. A virus, battery problem, or worse an internal hardware problem.

You can try and see if it will allow you to do a "Hard Reset". However that would wipe the device.

Should you not wish to do that, then I would suggest either contacting the manufacturer, it if is under warranty still, or if it isn't try a local tech.
