Now that I've downloaded Windows 10 and I can't click on the search bar or click on the Windows image on the left bottom of the screen. Should I just take it to staples
I've had that problem, and so have many others. I googled a solution before, can't remember where. It keeps coming back on legacy accounts. If you create a new user it should go away.
And here's how to install Windows 10:

I installed it using Microsoft .com also I called ho and they told me it would be 59$ to trouble shoot and said that if I took it to staples it would be the same price. I was told if I kept using the computer it would only get worse

So what your telling me to do is create a brand new user, delete the old user and re download Windows 10. The guy told me that there may have already been corrupt files or viruses on it. And if I keep opening that it'll only get worse. But whatever you say
