help me please

hi, m working woman, having one kid. i was a student in one organization and started work there.. There are two employers in my organization.(husband and wife) whenever i talk to my boss the wife gets upset and starts scolding me on trifles. My job is very good and i cant even thought to leave it. But this is also true that it is getting difficult for me to work over here. Please advise me how can I impress the female boss so that I can do my work peacefully..
