i have an toshiba l50 my screen broke so i use an vga or an hdmi i notice it usually doesnt show on tv until u get to the enter your password part but i decided to reboot my system now the vga or hdmi want show on my tv because its still on start up screen settings what should i do

What exactly do you mean by "I decided to reboot my system"? Did you install new windows or smth ?
