Help me pls!

Ok, so one day i got this genius idea to go to my local disk n delete some files that seem useless or which name has popped up in ads tht pops up in browsers. After that, my laptop (windows 7 32-bit) said 'not connected - no connections are available'. Other devices in the house r able to connect fine, n a modem works too. Ive serached around the internet after i brought it for checking n they said the disk was corrupted but i couldnt find the wireless network adapter n im not even sure if i even hv a wifi card or watever it's called. So as laptop repairs r rather costly, i would really appreciate some help pls! Thnx!

Have you deleted these files from the system partition (C drive)? if so you can just reinstall the windows

I deleted these files tht seemed useless. Theyre still in my recycle bin. When this problem started, i tried system restore but it didnt work as well. Btw, may i ask how do i reinstall windows after uninstalling it without internet?

before reinstalling windows you can search for the drivers for your network device (whether it is wireless adapter or LAN)
if that didn't help, you can reinstall windows by booting to your windows disk (no internet required)
