After buying, I will upgrade it with extra 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD.

which is good for gaming and long lasting and also has best value for money.

Neither. Laptops are coming out that rock the current full GPUs from Nvidia. It'd be a shame not to get those, as they are the first to really be able to claim gaming.

Most of the specs are the same but I'd say go with the Lenovo. It's using DDR4 instead of DDR3L, so performance should be better. Only downside to the Lenovo is the weight.

apart from that they are near identical spec wise.

Well, that was answered right after you asked. Look into what i said there.

The Hybrid drive is going to do very little for overall system performance with only 8GB. And considering the OP is going to swap that drive out for a full SSD anyway, it makes no sense to go with that as a selling point. The RAM type is the only real difference between them and the DDR4 speeds and availability in the future vs DDR3L make it a better selling point.

Holding out for a future purchase when the hardware will be better (and for desktop GPU's MUCH more expensive) is not a bad idea if you have the time and money for it. But if the OP needs to purchase now, I'm guessing school related, the options are what they are.
