I am interesting to buy a laptop for light gaming like League of legends and so on.I found a laptop with this specs:-Core 2 duo T7500 2.2 GHz,

-4GB RAM installed,

-2 x NVIDIA 8600GT, SLI graphic cards with CUDA core technology & hardware HD Video decoding,

-Harman/Kardon speakers 2x2 + subwoofer,

-2 x 160GB Toshiba HDD,

-Intel Turbo Cache NAND Memory Module installed,
Is that a good choice or should I continue the search?Pls enlighten me.My budget is around 280 £.

You definitely will not have issues playing LOL with that, along with other older/less-intensive games. I would say if the price good, I mean really good than get it because your budget doesn't really lend itself to a lot of options for a gaming laptop

Edit: Is this the book you are referring to? http://www.notebookreview.com/notebookreview/toshiba-satellite-x205-sli3-review/

That is a workstation laptop/GPU but it has an i7 and it will game better than anything else that you have been considering.

Workstations are not really meant for gaming the GPU architecture is quite different but like I said considering your budget your not going to find anything with same specs for the price.

Lastly be aware it is used and coming from the states.

It's not bad, it has an i5 and aside from the integrated graphics it's good.

Just for some perspective in regards to what a 4000 can play;http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000.69168.0.html
