help me with phone issue

so it was not hapening for months and now it is again.
Phone sudently shuts off with black and white screen(sometimes strange figures and colorfull lines)
then it reboots and when reboots phone do it again..so battery out and i usualy wait 5 or more minutes and then plug back battery and turn phone on.then phone is usuable for 2 hours sometimes. I didn't overclocked my phone, becouse i don't want to burn my phone to death.
It fell on ground yesterday, but never this happened. My "new" main phone is Galaxy Gio..but i tweaked it with Swap memory and stabilized clock speed on 480-800 MHz.(old crap and i need to test it to know from what it is made off)
Please help..
Phone is Gigbyte Gsmart Arty A3..cheap, but good for that price.
phew more months and i will buy newer Gigabyte phone or high end Samsung galaxy or even better..Nexus

Sounds like a hardware issue, especially seeing how it was dropped. Pretty much exactly what happens with computers when the video card is bad or system is overheating.
