Question [HELP] Moto G Stylus: How to format SD card as internal.

Hello, I have formatted multiple new SD cards as internal memory on various Android phones, including Moto phones and need advice. I picked up two Moto G Stylus units and cannot format the new SD cards as internal. I read the manual at Motorola's website, and there is no mention of an internal format option for an SD card. I also called customer service and they did not know what I was referring to, so I just gave up. I am allowed to format these cards as portable memory with no issues. However, that is not what I want. I bought the units directly from Motorola and have service through Verizon. Any suggestions?

Not all phones offer that option.
