Help nasty virus

I have a nasty virus on my computer that no program seems to pick up. it causes ads to run in the background of my computer but i have no way of closing them. I only found out about them as there ruining my internet as well as playing sounds from the ads. The only time i have ever seen them is when i restart my computer the pop up. Please help i've thrown everything i had at it and still cant get rid of it.

You HAVE to start the computer in SAFE MODE with networking, to have any chance of removing it. From that point, you need a anti-SPYWARE program to try to remove it, like malwarebytes.org or superantispyware.com for example.
