Hi,

I'm looking to buy a Lenovo W700. Is it the right time to but it? Lenovo offers 20% discount right now or should I wait? Will they release i7 based ThinkPad?

I play games with high resolution, and am looking forward to play Diablo 3.

Thanks

Well, not that I would buy a W700 for the express intent of playing games, I would buy it for content creation / development and fell good knowing i could play games if i wanted to.

That said, I played round the config:

Considering they JUST pulled the Y730 this is the only 17inch you can get from them.

I had thought we'd be seeing i7 and i5 from Lenovo by February 2010, but with the upcoming 750???? (guessing because it's 450, 550, and 650) I suppose its anyone's guess. . I certainly haven't heard anything.
