HELP! Neep a laptop for sims and cc!

Hi im a youtube simmer so i use ALOT of CC for filming and unfortunatly i have very bad luck when it comes to choosing computers, they usually start great but after installing all my expansion packs and CC my computer turns into the worlds slowest snail. So can you help me out? I have a couple suggestions:

Hp envy 17-jo13cl ($534)
~ windows 8
~ntel Core i5-325OM 2.6GHz
~8GB DDR3
~1TB (hard disk)
~intel HD graphics 4000
~5400rpm

Axus K75DE-BOH1-CB ($445)
~windows 8
~AMD A10-4600M (2.30GHz)
~8GB DDR3
~750GB (hard disk)
~AMD Radeon HD 7660G

As you can see my budget at highest is around 600 to 650 but i cannot aford to go over 700 right now. I have been looking at newegg and these seem to be the best options and prices

The ASUS is better since the Radeon HD 7660g is more powerful than the Intel HD 4000. That makes it better for playing games. It also means you are likely to get better performance with Sims 4. The A10-4600m is a quad core CPU so while you are playing games 2 cores can be used for the game and 2 cores for encoding.

I dunno what CC is.

Thank you, thats what i thought CC is custom content, its download from websites and stuff for like sims clothing and alot of other stuff.
