Help! new laptop and already frustrated!

I just got a new msi gt70 with an gtx880 because my previous ones mobo just died. i have work to do and finish so i payed over night shipping to get it. I got the laptop and cant even use it! all the keys are jumbled. pressing w=r s=5 l bcomes a comma. is there anyway to fix this reset it or something?

I put it on English. Like I literally just got the lap top but can't name the PC or make an account because nothing types correctly

Nope not working. Are there any programs to reset keys. I plugged in a keyboard and that works but I need this keyboard to work

i tried that didnt work and i made sure it was all set right. i guess the only thing i can do is call new egg and get a replacement

But if i did return it to them wouldnt it take forever? I got this one because my previous laptops mother board died and have a lot of work to do. I just want to do it the quickest way
