My brother just told me he wants a desktop too, so Im changing my budget to about $15,000 for the desktop and $15,000 for the laptop. Remember,these prices are the top limit of my budget, so don't hesitate to suggest me a cheaper laptop.

There is no advantage to going that high in price. Just look at some of the stock computers like Alienware or any of the better known brands. At a certain point, you will find that you are paying a lot for no real increase in performance.
