help! razer electra headset. works in pc but no sound in the left side when plugged into my phone

Using them on my phone, samsung galaxy s3.... headphones have no sound on the left speaker, it works both sides if i pull the plug halfway out but then the plug falls out. Dont know what to do :/

Did you swap the audio cable with the combined audio+mic cable for using it with your phone?
