As we are new at "testing" DTVs, does someone out there have any good sites
(for newbies), that we could go browse and learn the basics on testing
DTVs??

Thanks!

"Testing DTVs?" You mean "STEALING" don't you?

If you are supposed to pay for it,then however you "hack" the signal -you
call it what you like -to rationalize it away in your own mind -BUT by ANY
honest person's book -it is "STEALING" and "Theft of service!"

Go pay for it -like everybody else!

BTW: 4dtv -means -motorola c band(big dish) 4dtv ,NOT "for Dave TV."

You will not receive any advise on stealing in this newsgroup -the cost is
too high!

Yes,your internet activity can be traced!Trust me -I know!

How about your nearest FCC and law enforcement office?

alt.video.mpeg-dvb is for mpeg-2 free to air discussion,NOT for "theft 101"
for Direct\Dishnet TV.

DirectTV uses a different encoding stream...lets keep those guys out.
Now the reference to PowerVu in the latest hack firmware does interest
me though.
