Solved! Help the sims com/chat

Hello,
I recently bought the The Sims 2 Double Deluxe. When trying to install the game on my home computer it asked for a registeration code that should have been found in a confirmation email, my game manuel/product packaging or game card. I have not been abel to find this code.

Did you download the game from the Internet? Check your e-mail junk folder for the registration code.

had tha same issue except i found my code but it didnt work! whats up with that!!!

i just recently bought sims 2 bon voyge and i looked in the folder and then my other sims 2folders they all had the game in them but my new one didn't!!!!!!
