Help! Want Unlock Compter prompt to go away and have Welcome Screen

After coming back from standby the computer has a "Unlock Computer" prompt. But when I shut down my computer and open it, I get the "Welcome Screen" prompt. I use to have the "Welcome Screen" prompt for both shut-down and standby. Now I have two different features. Please help!
