Help with a virus??

I tried to download a crack which is my fault really but just wondering for some help. I downloaded it and it changed my google chrome home screen to cats and changed all my reccommended websites and it wont let me system restore because no points were found...

Apart from a virus scan what should I do?

Yea I have ran the scan for a couple minutes now and already 5 problems with google chrome like fake browser shortcut and policies. What would the next step be?
