Help with asus notebook problem with smart gesture

I turned off the smart gesture, now my mouse pad doesn't work. Help!

press the windows key + r to bring up the run box

Type
devmgmt.msc
Press enter > Press tab > use the down arrow key unitill you are over the mouse pad (red x)
press the right arrow to expand > press enter > press tab > enter twice
