Help with choosing console gaming TV

So I'm looking for a gaming TV, mainly for console gaming (Xbox 360, PS4) and I'm having a little trouble. This is what I know I want the TV to be:
33-40 inches
1080p
120Hz
3-4 HDMI
2 RCA (Red, Yellow, White)
1 Component

Hoping to keep this under $1000, thanks
(anyone know where to buy TV's like this kinda cheap)

That cheap?? Anywhere really. For under $1k for the TV within that size is easy. You need to start looking at reviews of brands. TechZilla or AVS are good spots.
