I jut got a textbook 11a and I'm having trouble update my tablet how do you update it

Not much info you are providing there but I will assume you actually mean a Nextbook 11a just for starters?

If so check out this page:

Updates section -> Use the "Please select" drop down menu (for example select "Firmware downloads") -> You will now see a download option for firmware update instructions (Word.doc) and a Download link for the firmware itself

Again, this is assuming that you are actually talking about the Nextbook Ares 11A (NX16A11264)
