Help with projetor sound

I have my RCA projector hooked up to my cable box but it's not getting any sound I also do have a surround system how do I hook all of that up together to get sound someone please help me

Without model numbers we can't check what connections you have available.
In general you would connect the cable box to the RCA TV with either HDMI or video and audio cables. Check the cable box audio menu to make sure that it is set to output for your hookup.
You would connect the audio output of the TV to the HTS.
