help with sound bar

My lights went off and my sound bar that was hooked to my tv dont work now

The power surge when the light went off or came back on may have damaged the sound bar.
If there is an internal fuse that may have protected the sound bar by blowing. You can check with the manufacturer or try to open it to see if there is a fuse. It would be near the power cord. You can try to search for a service manual online too.
