Solution
If you changed the boot order that can happen. If you have knocked the hard drive connection loose or if the hard drive is going/gone that can also happen.

If the device is under warranty still, contact the manufacturer about a repair. If it isn't under warranty, then you can try and do the repairs yourself, or take it to a local tech.
