when i try to turn on my laptop nothing happens have tried new battery

what about AC adapter? Does the LED on it light up when you plug it in the wall?
Did your computer overheat previously? Did you drop it previously? Any other possible damage to hardware?

if it's not the ac adapter/battery then most likely your motherboard is dead.
