my phone was not acting right so i turned it off, & when i went to turn it back on the at&t logo would only pop up so i took out the battery now it wont come on at all

Is it charged?

Will need take it to the cell company to get it looked at or replaced if it's been charging and does not turn on, unless you put the battery in wrong somehow.
