I Sumsung S5311,, it takes a long time to boot, when it does, all the desktop icons are thee, but no description under them. If I try to utilise any icon it immediately goes to blue screen and dump filing. If I try to access any thing else it does the same. I have a Samsung recovery disc but cannot access the drive by any means ( computer desktop icon, nothing, so I can't do a thing, any ideas?Hello,
