I own a Dell Latitude 3450,a few minutes ago i was watching a movie and all of a sudden my laptop goes off, the battery want low either, a full battery. This isn't the first time, happened last two days and at that time it came on after i pressed the power button. This time i press it and the little light that indicates there is power comes on for a few seconds and goes off yet the charger is connected and it shows its charging.
What should i do to fix it?

Is it still under warranty? Then RMA it.

Other than that, check temperatures while on.

Check the windows event log

check hard drive with its manufacturer´s tool

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)
