I have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop runniing Windows 10 and a Brother Printer MFC-J480DW. My Toshiba cannot see the Brother on wireless devices whereas an Acer laptop right beside can.

All are on the same Home network...

Any help

Did you try running the add printer wizard? It should pick up the printer as long as it's online.

Hi. Yep, ran the wizard and it saw nothing. Did the same on another laptop right beside it and it found the printer no problem

You can try to add the printer manually with the IP it has, go to the "my printer was not found" and select add network printer, will ask you for the IP information and what printer drivers to use.
